Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h3>

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) exclusively govern the sale of men\u2019s and women\u2019s ready-to-wear products and accessories (hereinafter the \u201cProducts\u201d) between Scollection and any user, whether a customer or not (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser,\u201d the \u201cCustomer,\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d) of the website www.scollection.co<\/a> (hereinafter the \u201cSite\u201d).<\/p>

The Terms and Conditions may be subject to future modifications. The contractual relationship between Scollection and the Customers is governed by the Terms and Conditions provided to the Customer at the date of the order.<\/p>

The Terms and Conditions communicated in the order confirmation email are those in force on the date of your order and therefore apply to that order.<\/p>

Product purchases on the Site are reserved for individuals over eighteen (18) years of age with full legal capacity.
