Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) exclusively govern the sale of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear products and accessories (hereinafter the “Products”) between Scollection and any user, whether a customer or not (hereinafter referred to as the “User,” the “Customer,” or “you”) of the website www.scollection.co (hereinafter the “Site”).
The Terms and Conditions may be subject to future modifications. The contractual relationship between Scollection and the Customers is governed by the Terms and Conditions provided to the Customer at the date of the order.
The Terms and Conditions communicated in the order confirmation email are those in force on the date of your order and therefore apply to that order.
Product purchases on the Site are reserved for individuals over eighteen (18) years of age with full legal capacity.
Scollection also reserves the right to refuse any abnormal orders.
Article 1: Product Information
Only the Products listed on the Site on the day of the Customer’s order are offered for sale, subject to availability.
Scollection takes the utmost care in providing detailed information about the essential characteristics of the Products, notably through detailed descriptions and photographs, in line with the best market standards.
Customers are encouraged to refer to each Product’s description to understand its features and characteristics, including size and specific details.
Article 2: Placing an Order
2.1 Conditions
Any order of Product(s) offered on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Scollection may send you an email reminder about an incomplete shopping cart. You can place an order on the Site 24/7.
The ordering process consists of four (4) steps:
Create an account or log in;
Choose your delivery method: home or pick-up point
Choose your payment method;
Accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the box on the order summary page (“Payment”).
Payment confirms and finalizes the sales contract binding you to Scollection.
Withdrawal rights are explained in Article 7 “Right of Withdrawal.”
2.2 Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once the four steps are completed, Scollection will confirm your order as soon as possible.
Upon order confirmation and after payment authorization (Article 4 “Payment”), Scollection will proceed with shipment.
You will receive an email when your order ships.
The invoice will be available in your “My Account” section or via our Customer Service.

Article 3: Prices and Delivery Fees
Prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT, excluding delivery fees.
The applicable VAT rate is that in force on the day of the order in France.
The applied prices are those shown on the Site at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery fees are flat-rate, regardless of order size or weight, and are shown during the payment process.
If we cannot deliver your order in full and need to make multiple shipments, no extra delivery fees will be charged.
Article 4: Payment
Scollection offers the following payment methods:
Credit card (e-card, CB, Visa, Mastercard);
PayPal;
Apple Pay.
Bank transfert
4.1 Payment by Credit Card or PayPal
Charges will be applied upon shipment, subject to payment authorization; otherwise, the order cannot be processed.
4.2 PayPal Installments (4X without fees)
Available for orders between €30 and €2000 in France and Spain.
The first payment is made upon shipment; the next three are collected monthly.
Eligibility:
Order total between €30 and €2000
You must reside in mainland France and be of legal age
PayPal-accepted cards only
Your card must be valid for at least 90 days after the first payment

4X PayPal is a credit agreement; ensure you can meet the payment schedule.
Credit commits you and must be repaid.
4.3 Apple Pay
Available for purchases on iOS and macOS using Safari. Activate it in your Apple account (“Wallet” app) before checkout.
4.4 Payment Security
Scollection uses PayPal’s secure payment system.
Bank details are encrypted and do not pass through Scollection’s servers.
For additional security, Scollection may use 3D Secure authentication.
With your consent, card details (except the CVV) can be saved for future orders.
Article 5: Delivery Methods
5.1 General Information
Scollection delivers:
To a customer-specified address in France
To pick-up points
Delivery is only available in mainland France (not Corsica or overseas territories).
Delivery takes 2–15 business days after order confirmation, and in any case, within 30 days.
If this deadline is exceeded, you may cancel the order.
During busy periods (sales, holidays), delays may occur.
Track your order online or contact Customer Service.
5.2 Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, inspect your order. Report any issue (damaged parcels, missing or faulty products) in writing on the delivery slip and notify Scollection.
Article 6: Returns and Refunds (Outside Withdrawal Right)
6.1 Returns
Returns at your expense can be made to:

You have 30 days from receipt.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For PayPal installments:
Full return → paid installments refunded, future payments canceled
Partial return → installments recalculated
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Exercising the Right
You have 14 days from receipt to notify Scollection of withdrawal using the form or any clear statement.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.
7.2 Return after Withdrawal
Return the entire order at your expense to:
Scollection, 29 rue Saint Antoine, 45120 Cepoy, France
The order must be returned in a single package, in original condition.
7.3 Refund after Withdrawal
Once the return is received and compliant, Scollection will refund the order amount.

Article 9: Data Protection and Cookies
Personal data is collected for order management and communication purposes.
Data is stored securely for the necessary period and may be archived for public interest, research, or statistical purposes.
Retention periods:
Marketing data: max. 3 years after last contact
Online purchase data: archived for 5 years
Payment data: stored only during transaction unless saved with consent
Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability.

Article 10: Intellectual Property
All Site content (texts, images, logos, newsletters, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.
Private use is permitted; any reproduction or public use without authorization is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
Article 11: Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and the order summary form the full agreement.
11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
French courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, though Scollection will seek an amicable resolution first.
